Hell of a Partner is a B2B marketplace where manufacturers publish their brand and distribution offers, and distributors, importers, wholesalers and sales agents send introduction requests directly, no brokers, no intermediary fees. When a request is approved, a private conversation opens inside the platform where both sides message each other directly, and contact details are shared so they can also continue offline.

Yes. Distributors and importers use the platform completely free, browse the catalog, build a profile, send introduction requests. Manufacturers can claim their listing and receive requests for free too. Optional paid features for manufacturers (promoted placement, advanced analytics) are on the roadmap but have not launched. The core marketplace is free for both sides.

Listings are sourced from public trade registries, export databases and verified business directories across 199 countries, and every domain is checked to be live before a listing goes public. When you send a request to an unclaimed listing, we forward it to the manufacturer's known contact by email, requests to claimed profiles go straight to the owner's dashboard. These are real companies, not fabricated entries.

Use the catalog filters: country & coverage, product category, company type, and sales channel. Each manufacturer profile shows their target markets, product lines and what kind of distribution partner they're looking for. You can also use the search bar to find by brand name or product type.

No commitment. An introduction request is a structured message that tells a manufacturer who you are, what markets you cover and why you'd be a good fit. The manufacturer reviews it and accepts or declines. If accepted, both sides receive each other's direct contact details and continue the conversation however they like. You're not signing anything or paying anything.

Yes. There is no limit on how many introduction requests you can send. Each request is independent, manufacturers don't see how many others you've approached, and you can tailor each message to the specific brand.

Manufacturers receive an email notification the moment a request arrives, so it doesn't sit unseen. Response times vary, some reply within hours, others take a few days. If you haven't heard back after 5 business days, contact us at support@hellofapartner.com and we'll reach out to the manufacturer on behalf of the platform to follow up on your request.

Find your company in the catalog and click "Claim this listing." You'll create an account with your work email. If your email domain matches the company website domain, the claim is approved automatically. Otherwise our team reviews it, typically within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you own the listing and can edit everything.

Yes. A domain mismatch sends the claim to manual review. You can speed it up by emailing support@hellofapartner.com with proof of authorised representation, a company registration document, letterhead, a signed letter, and/or any other document that confirms your role at the company.

You can complete your profile (description, certifications, target markets, product lines), publish distribution offers describing exactly what partner you're looking for, and start receiving inbound introduction requests from distributors. You review each request and decide whether to accept or decline, you're always in control.

You can register directly from the site: click Start, choose the manufacturer role and create your company profile. You can also email support@hellofapartner.com with your company name, website and country and we'll add it and send you a claim link.

Use the dedicated country pages at hellofapartner.com/distributors to browse distributors in Germany, the UK, France, the Netherlands, the US and 30+ other markets. You can also filter the main catalog by country: go to hellofapartner.com/catalog, set Type = Distributor, and pick one or more countries from the filter panel.

Your direct contact information, email address, phone number, postal address, is never shown publicly. It is only shared with a specific counterpart after both sides agree to the introduction. Your public profile (company name, location, categories, description) is visible to anyone browsing the catalog.

Open your company's public profile page and click "Request removal." Our team processes removals within one business day. You can also email support@hellofapartner.com from your company address.

The catalog includes manufacturer listings from 199 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. Distributors, importers, wholesalers and agents from any country can join and search the full catalog. Companies based in sanctioned or embargoed countries are excluded from the catalog and from search results to keep trade compliant.
