Borouge is a joint venture between ADNOC and Borealis operating one of the world's largest integrated polyolefin complexes in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi. It produces polyethylene and polypropylene with nameplate capacity exceeding 5 million tonnes per year, serving pipe, automotive, healthcare and flexible-packaging converters across 50+ countries.
